  Ordered some window security bars advertised as "in stock" with "2-day shipping" on October 6. Today is October 13, and still no package or notification from company. Called the customer service line, got transferred and put on lengthy hold, and then was informed that the warehouse where the items are must first ship to a distribution center, which has not yet happened yet. Once the distribution center gets the items, it will be a few more days after that. I asked when I can expect the items, and was told "hopefully by Friday, or maybe Monday at the latest." That will be the 16th or 19th, making it either 10 or 13 day shipping. I went with this company to save $10, and it was not worth it at all. I will never use this company again.
